Matthew Shiffler, MPT

Matt grew up in Winchester, Va. area.  He was a three-sport athlete and attended The College of William & Mary where he played football.  He majored in Kinesiology, and then received his Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 1996.  He has 25 years experience in treating orthopedic and work-related injuries.  In his free time he is an avid outdoorsman.

Rebekah “Becky” Allen, LPTA

Becky was born and raise just outside of Boston, Mass.  She moved to Front Royal, Va. In 2002, where she continues to live with her three children and puppy.  She graduated cum laude from Northern Virginia Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in May, 2019.  She enjoys listening to music, karaoke, nature, bonfires, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. Becky has been working for Cross Roads Physical Therapy since July, 2019.

Sabrina Cook

Sabrina grew up here in the Shenandoah Valley. She is an extraordinary, versatile part of our team, AFPA certified as a Nutrition Consultant (2017) as well as a Weight Management Specialist (2018), most recently she received a certificate in Child Psychology (2020). Being a mom to 3 boys has helped her with all of the multitasking and adaptability she needs in a day to help our patients. When not at work Sabrina enjoys crocheting and spending time with her family.

Marti Lantz

Marti is our experienced medical office manager who has a demonstrated history of good patient communication skills in the physical therapy field as well as primary care office settings.  She ensures the office operates efficiently and smoothly.

In her free time, Marti enjoys her family, friends, farming life, music, and trips to Massachusetts.  She is an avid fan of the New England Patriots.
